Announcement of Future Apprenticeship Opportunities:

Accepting Applications

Southern Nevada Laborers Local #872 Training Trust will be accepting applications for:

Apprentice Construction Craft Laborer

Apprenticeship applications are available for pick up at our office, located at 1750 E. Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89104 during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday 7 am - 4:30 pm. Applications are also available below for download and print. Completed applications will only be accepted in-person on the second Wednesday of each month between the hours of 8 am – 3 pm, we are closed from 12p -1p for lunch. Only completed applications with copies of the required documents will be accepted. The following documents must be included with the application, or the application will be considered incomplete and rejected:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport

  • Copy of Valid U.S. picture ID

  • Copy of High School Diploma or equivalent

Applicants Must:

· Be at least 18 years old.

· Take a New Entrant Exam.

· Participate in an oral interview.

At time of selection, Applicants:

· Must pass a drug test

· Perform the work of the trade with reasonable accommodations.

· Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull 100 lbs. Should be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach and feel.

Southern Nevada Laborers Local #872 Training Trust is not currently accepting applications for Apprentice Fence Erector. For future Apprentice Fence Erector opportunities or Fence Erector Apprenticeship information please contact our office during regular office hours; Monday - Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm.
