Accepting Applications
Southern Nevada Laborers Local #872 Training Trust will be accepting applications for:
Apprentice Construction Craft Laborer & Fence Erector Apprentice
Apprenticeship applications will be available for pick up at our office beginning September 3, 2024 through October 9, 2024. Our office is located at 1750 E. Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89104. Applications can be picked up during our regular business hours; Monday – Friday, 7a-4:30p, we are closed 12p-1p for lunch. Applications are also available below to download and print. Completed Apprentice Fence Erector applications will only be accepted in-person on Wednesday October 2, 2024. Completed Apprentice Construction Craft Laborer applications will only be accepted in-person on the Wednesday October 9, 2024. Applications are accepted between the hours of 8 am - 3 pm, we are closed from 12p -1p for lunch. Only completed applications with copies of the three required documents will be accepted. Legible copies of the following documents must be included with the application, or the application will be considered incomplete and rejected:
v Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
v Copy of Valid U.S. picture ID
v Copy of High School Diploma or equivalent
Applicants Must:
· Be at least 18 years old.
· Take a New Entrant Exam.
· Participate in an oral interview.
At time of selection, Applicants:
· Must pass a drug test
· Perform the work of the trade with reasonable accommodations.
· Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull 100 lbs. Should be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach and feel.
